During the Rams game at the Coliseum many Legends were recognized.

Tom Mack was honored, along with Jackie Slater, Rosey Greer and Eric Dickerson.

Mack was a Ram first round pick. The left guard played 13 seasons (1966-1978) in the league. He was a Pro-bowler 11 times, and played in 184 game including 162 consecutive as a starter. The Cleveland native was enshrined into the Hall of Fame in 1999.

Jackie Slater played his college ball at Jackson State where he was a teammate of Walter Payton. He was a key part to getting the Rams to super Bowl XIV. He also was also a good reason Eric Dickerson ran for a play-off record 248 yards in one game. He entered the hall of Fame in 2001.

Rosey Greer played with the NFL’s New York Giants from 1956 to 1962. He was traded to the Rams in 1963 and became part of one of the most feared defenses in NFL History. The "FEARSOME FOURSOME" as they became to be known also included Deacon Jones, Merlin Olsen, and Lamar Lundy. Greer was a 2-time Pro Bowler and 3-time All-Pro.

There are also some talented female football players throughout Los Angeles. 35 female football players at 18 different schools that play on Los Angeles Unified School District teams to be exact.

The Los Angeles Rams also recognized them at the Coliseum this week.
