Beef Stew

Ingredients

2 pounds stew meat
1/4 cup white flour
Salt
Onion and garlic powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers (optional)
Black pepper
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups beef broth
4 potatoes diced
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bag of lima beans of your choice
4 cups carrots, sliced
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cup celery, chopped
4 cups yellow or white corn

Directions
Place meat in slow cooker or a large pot. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture.  Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery.

If using a crockpot, cover and cook on low 10-12 hours, or on high 4-6 hours.

If cooking in large pot, cook on medium for 2-3 hours or until meat is tender.
